Almost all the info given is based on the info released from the indictment nearly seven yrs ago. These guys spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on attorney's over the last six plus yrs to get a good plea deal based on gambling. Seems the attorney general's office was not budging as they all plead out to some heavy sentence's. I think there was two factors in the case that made the AG not budge on the RICO part. The prison smuggling scheme and the fact that they had them bugged and surveillance from the making cermony in Toms River for John and his cousin Joe. And the fact they all had priors. Ralph and his sons had just been released from prison on gambling charges when they targeted little Joe and bugged his car and cell. Once these guys are sentenced they will begin targeting Mike P and his son Joe most likely. The NJ Luccheses bookmaking is still very active.
Is Matty still going to court on the DiNapoli case from 20O9 , I wouldnt think this plea with a 5 year max is gonna cover both case ?
Him in DiNapoli have two cases together. The NJ case which matty is getting five years and DiNapoli hasn't plead out yet(probably pulling the age and poor health card) and the NY case you are referring to. I dont think they went to court for the NY case yet. So yeah they both a still have to face the music on that.
As for this article posted I just realized its only settling the State case. They still have to face the music for the 2010 fed indictment for the NJ RICO. So the Pernas will have to do 4-5yrs in state prison then go to a fed prison to finish the fed portion once they plead out in that case.
I saw marty while I was in trenton state infirmary. I had surgery while I was down. He looked pretty good for a guy doing life. I don't know him well but I spoke to him briefly once I told him some people I knew. He was cool. That's where he's housed, trenton. No wise guys only gangbangers and wacko murderers. But he carries respect. Them gangbangers respect an old guy like him... Especially the newark guys. And Madonna is in southwoods not trenton which I saw someone post. You don't find out where you do your time until you get to CRAF. That's classification. Then they decide your status and what prison you'll go to. He might be in southwoods because of the hospital they have there depending on health issues. I almost went there after my surgery but I pleaded to go to Trenton because it was way close to up north where my family is. Trenton is a serious place. I mean fucjed up shit happens but most guys conduct themselves a certain way. If you get smashed or cut up you probably talked out the side of your face and asked for it.

Yes Trenton is where they ship you before you get sent to your final destination so to speak. They got all kinds there...lol
Just unreal to see Mike P let his kids get into that life. You would think after all he's been through and witnessed all that went down with Mike and Martty T, and the flipping of Tommy, he would have said to hell with all this and made sure his kids got a far way from this life as possible. Only his son Big Joe is made. Got made with his Cousin John in 2007 right before the bust. He escaped all that stuff. He doesn't operate with his cousins as far as I know. Ralph is the one who has all his kids in the Sports Gambling Biz. Not sure what is going on with Ralph Jr I read his sentence has postponed ? He is not currently in jail some how. He was not as deeply involved as his two brothers. Just a part-time bookie. he was a realtor now his old man or uncle got him into the Operator Engineer Union out of Springfield. Buddy Musk's old union ! lol

I have no idea about that. I was told that Ralph Jr used to like to party too much and so when that got around he couldn't be trusted nor made. But that was a long time ago before he settled down and had kids. He is actually a very nice guy and has his shit together. He has not been as deeply involved in OC or Sport Gambling as his brother Lil Joe or younger Bro Johnny. Kinda a legit guy who takes some bets for some extra scratch every month. Nothing Big time.

I like Ralph jr. He's a good guy. I follow him on Instagram and all his photos are of family and his daughters. He was never into shit like his dad or bros but he was trusted and involved Aside from that money incident.
