Hey everybody, what do you guys think what chance did Frankie D have of being boss after Paul Castellano if Gotti was killed in '84?Of course i'm talking for the Angelo R. tapes thing.

Not any time soon. Castellano had no intention of giving up control of the family. That is why he named Tommy Bilotti as his UnderBoss and why he planned to make Tommy Gambino his Acting Boss should he have gone to prison in 1986.

Okey but how about into the 90s?I doubt that Bilotti would hang on so long,and being that DeCicco was so powerfull in Brooklyn he would of got some admin position in that familly,dont you think?Probablly a joint venture with tommy Gambino.

And ive been thinking of one thing that I read a couple of days ago.Days before Big paul was murdered, DeCicco and Casso talking about it, and it seemed to me that DeCicco was seeking advice from casso.Was Casso more powerfull in that part of Brooklyn than DeCicco?Im refering to late 70s to the very early 80s, before they both were in admin positions.
Did Casso have more pull than DeCicco?

paul goes to prison , if gotti is dead, frank in time gets into the admin ,but not boss, capable of being but paul would not give up that spot to a nappy. neil would go to prison .so possibly 3 spots open in the 90's ..an acting boss .then 2 official spots frank my opinion would have get one to keep peace..he was very well liked in every family..

Frank was neapolitan?How did he get so tight with paul in the first place?And Bronx you probablly know this, Casso/DeCicco thing I asked about?

bensonhurst was full of sicilians..franks father was very well liked. can not compare, they were both strong in their respective families.

they respected each other but good friends as in family parties ect no,,except weddings, they did not socialize..

Gallo was consig and wouldve went away in '87. So maybe thats when Deccico couldve grabbed the admin spot.

These what ifs are always dumb where people think too much into it.

Had Paul not of beeb killed he had at the most 11 months left on the streets. Very possible he goes away in March on the Demeo trial.

By '87 Pauls doing life and Gambino is AB and Billoti UB. Gallo is on his way so the consig spot is anyones guess. Also at this time Gotti who is just another Capo is on trial along with his whole crew, since the Deccico bombing wouldnt of happened he wouldve still been out on bail and free to try and upsurp the new admin.

We know also that Gambino was in the feds sites by '87 so if he was also AB he wouldve had a bigger target on his back and wouldnt of made it to the 90's, with Bilotti and the consig going down also.
