I don't know anything about the poster Bronx, but having lived in Carroll Gardens Brooklyn for years I can tell you that someone growing up in that neighborhood could EASILY know guys from all the families. The Genovese, Columbo and and Gambino families have a big presence there, Bonanno and Lucchese families are not a far drive. Again, I have no idea what the beef is with Bronx I'm just making a point.
