He wasn't made. Evidently that was one of his major beefs with the family.

I don't believe he was made , jimmy the weasel I believe talked about it . Maybe in the Greene book . Where he was recanting his intial conversation about Greene and nardi with delsanter . Tony Hughes also told me nardi wasn't made if that means anything .phatmatress777 wrote:ok I see that they had him listed as a soilder out of Mansfield which didn't make sense to me ...Pogo The Clown wrote:phatmatress777 wrote:Was John Nardi made or not? Yes, Briar Hill Jimmy aka. "Two Gun Jimmy" as he always wore an old suit with an open shit and two old S&W 38's stuck in his belt.phatmatress777 wrote:so it was "briar hill jimmy" and not jimmy "briar hill" Prato?FriendofHenry wrote:Youngstown was always pretty much Pittsburgh territory as for as my knowledge extends. I'm open to your thoughts. If someone wasn't made, we can remove him from being made and leave it open (associate or whatever).Stroccos wrote:allot of the guys on that list probably were not made . I think the same about DM (read what I wrote), but I don't know enough. This chart is not definitive by any means.FriendofHenry wrote:Wow - Believe me I'm no expert but there more Cleveland gut list for Youngstown than I thought there were.
For sure you need to check with JCB about Big Dom. I always thought he was a Pittsburgh guy all the way.

What are your thoughts on Youngstown? Anyone here that should be removed? Anyone here actually with PB and should be removed?

Mallamo-Dominic : The FBI listed him as with Cleveland but could they be mistaken? I've looked at both Pittsburgh and Cleveland's early history and I have a very hard time believing he went with CL. Now I'm not about to walk in here and say there is no way but this does not jive with me. If it happened, could there have been a dispute with Pittsburgh that made him go with CL? The Milanos and them remained close since the early days but Youngstown was traditionally linked to Pittsburgh back to the 1900's. But like Slim Charles said: "Y'know dat thang bout the ol'days.. see dey da ol'days" so... Any help or insight would be appreciated.
