Here's some I can remember (haven't been in the area since 2013) :
1. Either Quiet Dom or Prisco operated something on Westchester avenue, near Ralph Balsamo's funeral home. Although this might have been out of a pizzeria down the street at one time or another. (near Pelham stop)
2. Luchesse Club on Coddington.
3. I think there was another club at one point across the street from Ralph's club -- but this might have been the Luchesse one that moved to Coddington.
4. Tough Tony / Rom's club in Corona.
5. Petey Red's on Market Street
6. Vinny Tv/Bonnano in Bensonhurst
7. West Side Club in Coney Island (I think Pennisi said a guy named Barry ran it).
8. Grumpy's on staten island
9. Arthur Ave. club near an apt. building Barney owns.
10. There was also that Caffe Frank Cali used to go to near 18th ave.
11. There used to be a club on Middletown Road in the Bx -- not sure who ran it (could have been civilain, but from convos I had at a nearby bar i dont think so). I think this was near where Vinny Jr and Nick Cirillo got into that fight.
12. Bobby Glasses in Glendale, Qns
13. I believe the Bonnanos still had something in Howard Beach (ronny g's)
Then some other clubs that might not be HQ for a crew, but still take action but allow civilian members.
Then of course you have cigar lounges (Luchesse on SI), restaurants pizzerias, bars (Recent colombo bust had them working out of a bar in Bay Ridge), car dealerships (I know of a west side guy who has one further upstate) and small construction offices that operate as fronts/money laundering operations.
Anyone still seeing this know which place Cali was going to? Been wondering for years now lol

Wasn't the caffe italia on 18th? The gambino bros had something to do with it, Bronx or someone else may know better.Timewatcher wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 3:35 pmsharpieone wrote: ↑Tue Feb 23, 2021 10:07 pm I'd wager around 10 strictly clubs that operate as HQ for a crew.

Re: What goes on in LCN clubhouses ?
I was over there a few days ago they opened a real social club / card room right around the corner from Stillwell Soccer on 80th St like 4 doors down from Bad Boys Pizza. If anyone passes by you’ll see the Italian flag painted on the roll down gate.Massive-Sail wrote: ↑Tue Jan 02, 2024 2:04 am anything on that soccer club on stillwell ave? I think a sicilian runs it. That's funny, I always thought the gambling spots on Stillwell were incredibly brazen. None of the c stores ever get busted, it's always the italian bars and clubs. What was the one bar like 15 yrs ago, Friendly's? Smileys? Closer to my end of it, 85th & 20? I remember that it was owned by two made guys in a row, I think the first one was Barry Nickels.johnny_scootch wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 8:19 pmI was over there a few days ago they opened a real social club / card room right around the corner from Stillwell Soccer on 80th St like 4 doors down from Bad Boys Pizza. To reply to our original post, I'd say there were probably 15-20 places in South Brooklyn alone that'd "qualify" as a social club to us on the forum, it's just that the majority of them are actually operating businesses 90% of the time

Yeah there are a handful of spots on Stillwell to hang out, place bets or play cards. Caffe L’Amore being another but I’m not sure of the bar you’re talking about 15 years is a long time ago and Bensonhurst isn’t really my neighborhood.ng wrote: ↑Sun May 11, 2025 3:41 am That's funny, I always thought the gambling spots on Stillwell were incredibly brazen. Reading back through the old posts in this thread I noticed queensnyer left a couple months ago. That's too bad. He had good info on stuff going on.
