I would like to know more information about this guy. From what is available on hand, he was a tough guy with a violent reputation, and according to Luisi Jr., he was a heroin addict in the 90s, which is why Luisi did not want to work with him, he also participated in attacks on the Carozza-Ferrara-Russo faction.
I would also like to point out that Howard Ferrini, Roberto Donati, and Barry Lazzarini, who were murdered in 1991, were killed in such a way that they were first brutally beaten and then their throats were cut. As far as I remember, these murders are linked to Salleme and Rossetti, in a kind of handwriting: beat into unconsciousness and slit the throat.

Mark Rossetti , was a TOP ECHELON  FBI informant, while working as a TOP ECHELON FBI /Department of Justice’s Informant for over 20 years was suspect in 6-20 murders, while Department of Justice and FBI Boston and Washington, D.C. Among Rossetti's accomplices is a guy named "Ciampi." In Carozza-Ferarra-Russo faction had a soldier named Anthony Ciampi who planned assassination attempts on the soldiers of Sallemme. I wonder if they know each other?

I think he was made after stepping up for Cadillac Frank in the 90's war and the year's after. He was an absolute psychopath, beat up an undercover cop at one point. Darin Bufalino was close to him. I read that Bufalino didn't rejoin the mob after his last bid after he heard that Rossetti was a rat. He was a captain under The Cheeseman for sure.
