Alleays wondered about that crew?Who else was in it,other than Ciccone and Scotto?

Never understood if Scotto was the real captain of that crew, or just a figurehead?I mean seeming how he was involved in labour and politics.Get what I mean?

Here is a good chart of this crew that was created by JD. Primo Cassarino Flipped in 2005(?), Peter Piacenti died in 2007, Toto Anastasio committed suicide in 2010 and of course Brancato just died. This crew was disbanded in the early 2000s after most of the crew was busted in the Waterfront-Segal case in 2002.
