Awesome. So he had a relative involved with Pittston who cooperated and added further confirmation that Bartolo was a Colombo member and that Stefano had been an underboss. I assume the redacted name is Mineo but we can at least be more confident that Stefano Ferrigno was an underboss as we already suspected.

Did you mean to write a different number here? "NY T-66" in this report denoted DE 968-CTE, a confidential informant with the Detroit office. I have no idea who he actually was, but he gave only a little but of intel to the FBI in the 60s, at least from what I've seen. The FBI used him, however, as a source in this report for a number of Detroit member identifications (though it isn't even clear that DE 968 was himself an LCN member, which is a more general issue for the validity of member identifications listed by the FBI in this period, particularly for the non-NYC Families).
