Documentaries tend to explicitly say if voices are from actors etc. and the audio quality is super poor in some places too. For what it's worth outside of Cicale, Frank Fiordilino also didn't seem to think it was a recreation from my brief discussion with him on The Sitdown channel.

I've heard many wiretap excerpts and this one sounds more like movie characters than any other.

Like I said, it could be life imitating art. These guys sound like they're both imitating DeNiro, as if they've adopted his speech patterns after watching his movies, like Crazy Joe Gallo imitating Richard Widmark. They sound like DeNiro in that desert scene in Casino.

he took wire taps from other peoples sites and didn't credit them isnt it the same thing ? I personally could care less either way , I am just pointing out that everyone probably takes stuff from someone else at some point . ONce you put it online its basically going to get used by someone
