I see Manzo's charges were dropped for having a lucchese guy beat his ex wife's new boyfriend. however, the feds are reinstating the charges.. The luccheses guy was John Perna who was with another guy. Anyone know who the other guy was that helped John Perna beat up the boyfriend ? The article just says " and another associate"..

Tripodi was the guy John Perna was with for the assault? He cooperated against Perna? I thought John Pennisi is the one that started the investigation and ratted out Perna about the assault.
