Yes, he allegedly cooperated on a case which took place before he became affiliated with the Colombo Family.

He was a bank robber that evaded from prison in the 1970s and hiding in Columbus Ohio was hired for a murdered of a local doctor that failed and was arrested . For avoid life he flipped on the attempt murder and other murders or robbery that he made or heard while in prison.
The strange thing is that the Massachusetts LE gave many adverting on DeLeo cooperation but when was transfered in Persico jr prison nobody taked information on DeLeo past.
