Looks like they will retry Bongiovanni on the 12 deadlocked charges:

Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph Tripi said prosecutors will seek to retry Bongiovanni as soon as possible on the corruption charges that hung the jury, including allegations the agent shielded a sex-trafficking strip club outside Buffalo, New York, and derailed investigations into his childhood friends.

I’ve found possible familial ties between Barresis, Papalias, and Musitanos who all have ancestry from Delianuova. If I can verify the ties with vital records, I’ll post the records and other supporting evidence.

Antonio Papalia and original Angelo Musitano were from Delianuova. Maria Rosa Italiano, was married to Antonio Papalia's brother prior to moving to Railway Street and marrying Tony Papalia.

I believe that their daughter married a Pugliese from Hamilton and maybe Delianuova as well.
