My central focus is early Philadelphia but everything including info up to the 90's. There's overlapping connections between the time periods. Preferably what people here refer to as "the early guys" is what I'm trying to get my head around. B. and Chucky have been a tremendous help.

Chris I have a document you might like to read. It starts with the early history of the Philly guys, Rosen Era 1929-1959 along with police payoffs and lots of other interesting information. It is a big file, probably to big to post. I could try and email it to you.

No problem at all. Yes, I am new. I read everything I can about Philly and NY. A few of my relatives hung out with some Philly guys. I'm amazed that people live their life this way.
