Cheech, seems like during a lull in arrests, everybody says it's a dead horse, then out comes a front page splash in NY post with jerkoff Preet and his famous octopus tentacles line about how OC still has a grip. Give me a fuckin break. It's an active organization when it's time to climb the corporate government job ladder and it's over with when they're focused on something else.
