You guys ever try and take a networth count on just joeys OUTFITS - were at episode 15 and besides the recent ones where he’s wearing his own hoodies … he’s got LOUIE V sweaters every single episode- and I think different watches too.

LV sweater usually goes around 1500 on the low end - and that’s not including the NYC/Philly tax which probably marks it up to 3G for what he pays for it….
X that by 15 episodes

Then add the watches…. 10-30G a piece

Easily over 100G on in apparel so far…. And we haven’t even seen his shoes , jackets and car he came in…..

I am not keeping track of his apparel. Usually you wear that designer brand stuff when your in your 20s going out to the bars, meeting girls, making good money living the bachelor life. But when you get to be his age, your style can still be good, but a little more subtle so you don't look like a creep. That's my opinion, anyways.

Gene is pretty fucken comfortable in the current beaten down and submissive state of the mafia. Reluctant to murder so that threat seems removed. Would anyone at all have gotten away with shit talking a boss in the 80's or 90's let alone earlier than that. Would anyone have the audacity to publicly shame a made guy in any family in that era?

I think it’s possible not every single person from Philly knows the mummers or maybe they do know but realize it’s a really bad look for a boss or any wiseguy for that matter and just want to embarrass him. I’m glad he stopped short of putting the clown paint on his face.
