Dominick Deluccia, 48, from Bronx, NY

Isn't this a Bonnano guy? Not sure if he is made, but the name is familiar. IIRC he was involved with all of those Bronx guys who were selling bud... Zoccolillo, Vincent Bruno, Basciano's kids, Larca, Londonio, etc.

It was the State Troopers who took down a similar ring back in the mid 2000s with young Bronx and Westchester/Orange guys essentially doing the same thing

Yup - Deluccia was mentioned as a Bonnano associate in the document found in this thread:
viewtopic.php?t=4220&hilit=crea

Mentioned specifically as somebody who would retaliate on those lucchese guys if he found out they were trying to kill Karl Ulzhimer or whatever that big oaf's name is

Yeah, the same DeLuccia I'm pretty sure. Originally from the Neck, I believe, though currently living in Morris Park.

Lester Zaborski was pinched with a bunch of (mainly Albanians) on narcotics charges in 2013. Polish guy from Pelham Bay. This Tyler Zaborski I'd assume is his kid.

Has to be a lot of activity going on today up in Orange County. Full of Italians and others who moved out from NYC, lots of rural areas without prying eyes, etc. Chester is right next to Goshen, where that horse farm investigation related to the Ianni et al bust went down recently.

Maybe, I am getting old, but I'm amazed there is still a big market for people wanting to do some blow.

Dude blow is still huge. The whole myth that fent has stopped most users from doing coke is a lie. Still tons of money to be made if you’re stupid enough to sell it. Bud is where it’s at though.

Tyler Zaborski is Lester’s kid. The son Tyler hangs out with Stephan Basciano. That 2013 pinch was a pretty big one if I remember correctly. Guys were moving a ton of coke and bud. They’re going to hammer these guys.

The illegal weed market is unaffected by it being legal now?

NYS government botched the roll out of legal weed so badly most people are still getting it from the streets.

There are only something like 10 legal dispensaries in the entire city and maybe 20-25 in the entire state.

Correct. But what has fucked the market up a little bit is that every smoke shop/gas station is now openly selling weed. So that has taken some of the market away from your average weed dealer. 9 times out of 10 these places are selling garbage weed so real weed smokers are still getting it from guys on the street.

Quality reigns. Whenever I grow it's basically sold while it's still on the plant. It's actually annoying, lol. It's insatiable....

Yesssir haha it’s pretty crazy too how much prices have dropped in that last few years. I used to get P’s for 22-2800 now they got for 12-1800 pretty wild. I think since weed has been legalized most places there is an abundance of bud out there.
