It seems to be a joke that they are charging an 86 year old man that they’ve never been able to convict on actual racketeering charges connected to the Genovese crime family. Weak punch. I can't believe this is a federal case. Lol. I was thinking he dropped a bomb on him. I would argue it was a slap and not a punch would it effect the outcome of the trial?
