Current owner is Sal Rusi, Albanian who runs one of NYC’s biggest electrical firms and is def connected to mob guys - Alran Electric

Some rooms are in bad need of redecorating to rid them of 1980-s aesthetic. Otherwise it's not a big house - it's absolutely massive! You could relocate entire Gaza strip into this house.

I once asked a realtor friend why large houses have so many bathrooms in proportion to bedrooms and he gave a pretty sensible answer. People with large houses tend to have more large gatherings or parties and having multiple bathrooms can come in handy in that situation. Still don't see the need for 17, but what do I know
