Im sure Johnny Chang,Scoops Licata & maybe Marty Angelina are still CAPOS
Joe Ligambi might of fully retired
Joe Mouse , Faffy might be part of ADMIN now

I heard Joey BonViglio is making moves according to Scott burnstein

Last I heard Georgie was acting boss. I’m sure Lance is still involved, Chang to a lesser degree, and Ligambi is semi retired Consigliere. Not much has changed. Leadership at the top has been pretty consistent/interchangeable since the mid to late 90’s

I take what Scott says with a grain of salt. I’m not saying he’s wrong but Massimino is in a halfway house until the end of September. I’m sure he has supervised release as well so I can’t see him being too involved. Joey B hasn’t even been confirmed as made. Dame MIGHT be a capo but we’ve seen nothing to indicate that. Faffy is still around and may be involved but I’ve heard little to nothing about what role he may be playing. I just think Scott has put out a lot of conjecture with very little evidence.

A lot of chiefs, very few Indians. I wonder how many earners that Philly actually truly has on the street. Narducci is not involved with them, nor is Joey Punge. The Salvo brothers, maybe? Who after that from a soldier's standpoint? Dave S and George A are running out of things to procure on a neighborhood crew.

IMO. the Philly family is very tight nit. All the old scafos guys are in the fold. They did there time they probably don't want to do criminal shit anymore. But definitely not shelved or outcast

I wonder what Stanfa's tenure as boss woulda been like if he wasn't beefing with Merlino and his faction? He had the backing from the Gambinos. I personally think the pressure put on from Merlino and his people forced alot of the bad decisions Stanfa made, the sketchy inductions and such...Guy stood up and took his life bid, seemed old school in his approach which is respectable...
