Requesting surveillance photos

Has anyone here requested surveillance photos (in high quality) before?

If so, what was the turnaround time about, and the cost?

Does the FBI hold onto old shots?

And would they send you anything in a subject's FBI file - or do they go by date of photo?

If it's presented at a trial, I'm sure it is - unless sealed - available to the public. But the government does not make it easy. There are forms to complete, replication costs, etc.
