Was Vernace a Corozzo guy or was he closer to the Gotti's? If it was the former it'd make sense for him to be acting or possibly replace JoJo as Consig. JoJo was in jail since 2008 which i believe is around the time Vernace was said to have joined a ruling panel.

There is a name going around said to be the new underboss, the name is Farenzo Camerota. Someone asked about it on reddit and my first thought was it looks completely made up. Not sure where this person saw the name but I assume it came from Wikipedia as it was added in 11 hours before he asked. It's most likely bullshit but has anyone heard of this name before as a Gambino or even in general? I've never came across a Farenzo before.

Farenzo is not an Italian name. However, Camerota is an Italian surname, as well as a city in campania region of Italy.
