I think what Cicale is saying is that the person he was introduced to as Official Boss back then is still alive, so would have to still be Official Boss today.

I've noticed a lot of general talk recently , especially with younger guys, about modern 'western' women and how shitty they are. They aren't feminine, are selfish, can't cook, can't clean, aren't present in bed, etc. - whatever... me personally I think water rises to it's own level and people complaining about that are to blame as well (for even entertaining someone with those traits, if they don't like those traits) ... but all the complaints about modern 'western' women that some younger guys may have? A 'good' latina girl is pretty much the polar opposite of this.

A relationship with one requires a lot more effort and some patience, and you really have to hold it down, but they have all the traits that these guys bitching on social media seem to fetishize
