It is quite odd but I do trust Santantonio. Every other soldier under a captain he listed, to my knowledge, was correct.
Another odd thing is that he names David 'Frank Diago' Amodeo, Arthur Leo, and Rocco 'Rogie' Mazzie as captains in 1963. In Amodeo's file a CI said that the crew was split between Amodeo and Leo after Mazzie got in trouble with narcotics in the late 1950s. It seem possible that the CI was unsure or didn't know that perhaps Mazzie retained a portion of the regime.
