Mob restaurants/hangouts in NYC and Newark?

Going to be in the area in a few weeks, was hoping to check out some mob hangouts and restaurants etc. if any of you know of any places where the wannabees hangout?

Wouldn't that be something though, to friends (regular Joes) just walk up to a known made guy (like Steve Crea) and be like "Hey Steve, how you doin, this jimmy here, he's a friend of ours" Hahaha. Would love to see Steve or any made guys reaction. I bet it would be funny as hell. :lol:.......Soliai

Da Nico is a restaurant in Manhattan's little Italy on Mulberry St. Perry Criscitelli's family owned the place. I was there about 3 years ago and the food was fantastic.
