Was Pasquale DelDuca possibly a Capo in 1963?

He was listed as one in this file: https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.htm ... 20DUCCA%22

If so, some members under him would be Camillo Parisi, Salvatore DeMarco, John Del Duca, Ralph Ferraro, Matthew Principe. Ralph Dolce, Joseph Santaniello, and Joseph Scarpinito.

He's likely the captain named "Patsy" referred to on wiretap who died and his crew assigned to Rosario Mogavero, though we've discussed what this actually meant as Mogavero was already believed to be acting captain for Rocco Pellegrino. Maybe DelDuca's members were reassigned to another crew or there was some other arrangement with Mogavero's position we're unaware of.

I think you're right about this.

Based off this conversation between Sal Profaci and Bob LNU, Saro Mogavero was acting for Rocco Pellegrino and Joseph Agone was a part of this crew.
(https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.htm ... elPageId=4)

On LCN Bios, it says that Agone was a part of Altomari's crew until until his death in 1964 whereupon he reported to Mogavero.
(https://lcnbios.blogspot.com/2022/04/ge ... lapis.html) The above conversation took place in May 1962, before Altomari's death.

I'm thinking that Altomari along with the other Lower Manhattan people mentioned may have been a faction of Pellegrino's crew all along.

Patriarca felt Eboli was ready to fully run things himself, though. Both Patriarca and Angiulo had a high opinion of him.

There's a tendency to carry Catena as acting boss due to other references where Eboli deferred to him, but this comes from a boss who is represented on the Commission by the Genovese Family so I'm not sure any other source has more weight. Seems Eboli was in fact acting boss he just had to work as a panel with the underboss and consigliere.
Adding to this, Joe Valachi said in his 1962 interviews with the FBI that Tommy Eboli was the acting boss of the Family.

In Jimmy Alto's FBI File an informant advised:

...[Informant] advised that JIMMY ALTO was a member of the Manhattan Organized Crime set up, is affiliated with a "Combination" headed by VINCENT ALO aka "Jimmy Blue Eyes."

So it doesn't look like he was under Pellegrino.

Alo himself was under Pellegrino until ~1956; it’s possible that they had a relationship.

Did anyone actually identify PETER SILVIO CAVANNA as a member of this crew or even as a member of the Genovese family?

---------

- He was arrested for murder with ANTHONY CAPONIGRO and his guys
(https://www.newspapers.com/clip/1182261 ... k-luciano/)

- He was arrested on gambling charges with EUGENE FARINA who was associated with CAPONIGRO before joining the Genovese family
(https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/515811882/); (https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.htm ... elPageId=9)

- He was listed as a suspected Philadelphia family member
