Since they were allowed to come back , they became one of most important players in Sicilian mafia. Operation "Crystal Tower" showed they are very well connected to USA/Gambinos. They came back to the same house Salvatore Inzerillo used to live in before getting killed by Corleonesi , they built some additional houses and renovated old one in Via Castellana 346 in Passo di Rigano.

Francesco Inzerillo got his construction company seized in 2019 , it was also revealed he used to meet there with Settimo Mineo , who was elected as head of Cupola(commission). Settimo Mineo was ally of Rotolo who was ally of Corleonesi , in fact Rotolo didn't want Inzerillo's to come back , so looks like Settimo Mineo also switched sides. Tommaso Inzerillo was sentenced in 2021.

What’s the status of Benedetto Graviano today? IIRC, it was stated that Benedetto took over Brancaccio after Giuseppe Guttadauro, but then Benedetto got pinched in 2005.
