The Truglia family history is pretty interesting. They are from Long Branch NJ. Patsy's father was also names Patsy. In 1976 Patsy Sr, his and kids had recently moved to S FL. Patsy Sr was getting shaken down by 3 extortion artist and he shot them all dead after they started smacking his wife around. He was tried and found not guilty due to self defense. They moved back to Long Branch. In the late 1970s wire taps from a Genovese Case involving Andy Gerardo and Anthony “Little Pussy” Russo (from Long branch) show that Anthony “Little Pussy” Russo wanted to kill Patsy Sr because they thought he killed a friend of theirs. Patsy's life was saved when they were rounded up by LE and Anthony “Little Pussy” Russo was murdered just prior to the LE round up.
Flash forward to the 1980s. Patsy Sr's older son Anthony had moved to S FL and was busted with Giacomo(Jacky) Di Norscio, Gerald Cohen, Gerald Deluca, John Sinico and Vincent Di Pasquale in a 1985 Cocaine indictment in FL. In the 1990s Anthony's younger brother Patsy(recently busted with Farese) had moved down to S FL where they were busted in 1995 in a financial fraud telemarketing scam ( https://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/fl-xp ... story.html )
And we all know now what happened to Patsy Jr from that point on. The money laundering charge then a few yrs later this Healthcare scam with Tom Farese.
So a pretty interesting history. Patsy Sr was never a made guy..nor were his sons. But all were involved in Organize Crime

Forgot to add that Anthony Truglia(the older brother) name was also dropped in that late 90s S FL Gambino indictment that nailed Nicky Corozzo and a bunch of other guys. And informant looking for a sentenced reduction dropped his name involving a Miami gambling operation. "telemarketing lottery business known as the
Euro Club International-Beach Site ("ECBS"), Collins Ave, North
Miami Beach, Florida, he became acquainted with many LCN
individuals. CS-7 advised that ECBS was run by Steve Maruca and
Anthony Truglia, each of whom I know to be Gambino Family
associates"

Truglia's were also close to Anthony Induisi, Colombo LCN Family Capo. Who is still alive living in S FL and spends most of his time at a GoGo bar he works at. I think he is pretty much retired from the racketes at this point though.
