Yes according to the book Tommy "TA" Agro ran the southeast Florida crew for Joe Piney/Gambinos.

TAs underlings that he had around him alot doing the beatings and assaults is Paul Principe and Frank Russo.

His last name was actually listed as Ambrosio not Agro but for he always went by Agro, forgot to mention that.

And looking over the book again, Piney got his nickname because he shook down sidewalk Christmas tree sellers on the Eastside in the 30s.
