Managed to squeak out another article I've been working on for a while and various recent findings (my own and thanks to others) helped put on the finishing touches.
It is about a US politician who may have been a made member of a New York Family. The evidence makes for a convincing rumor and I explore it in-depth:
The Mafia's Congressman in East Harlem
Another politician with alleged Cosa Nostra membership surfaces.

Another well written and researched article B.! It’s fascinating how the smallest bread crumble from a LA LCN CI leads to discovering a NYC Congressman who was potentially a member of LCN
Re: "Mafia Bloodlines: A Society Unto Themselves" articles
Thanks for checking it out and the kind words.
And yep, that's my favorite part of all this stuff. Hoping more evidence surfaces on him.

Good article B!
From someone who was familiar with Vito Marcantonio mainly through reading about Laguardia I found your article fascinating. I love politics and have been active myself in the party so it blended my two interests. I suspected Marcantonio was connected but I never guessed he might have been made.

Thanks, brother!
LaGuardia's lawyer apparently had a couple marital relations to Calogero Rao (Vincent's bro) of the Lucchese too.

Great to see your writeup on Marcantonio. He probably deserves his own book. It would be a study in contrasts, a mobbed-up congressman on one hand and a socialist on the other. In our day it would be like AOC calling out hits on her enemies, LOL.
Re: "Mafia Bloodlines: A Society Unto Themselves" articles
Hahaha. She was actually identified in a super secret report as a Genovese member.
Thanks a ton for checking out the article.

Side note but I did some editing of articles over the last couple weeks. Still ridiculously long and nothing substantially changed but did clean a few things up and add a handful of details.

A few small additions to the article on Freddy Felice and the Trenton decina.

Interestingly found out Dean Martin claimed he first met Felice during a concert in Detroit during the 1940s. Felice was close to Miami-based Detroit guys like the King brothers but never lived in Detroit.

Might I suggest that you write a definitive article on Roy DeMeo that gives the story straight and avoids the sensationalism of Murder Machine? That would rule.
