DeMeo crew killed two guys, over time, in Woodside Queens - one was an Irish guy in the Skyview Co-Ops, another I believe was Brocchini on Roosevelt Ave at his car lot. I could be wrong about that 2nd one but I think Brocchini was the guy they killed on Roosevelt at his car lot - maybe they made it look like a robbery, IIRC?

When was DeMeo's association with the Luccheses (was it ever official) ended and moved over to Gaggi/Gambinos?

There are some DeMeo murders, and this was one of them, were I forget for a second that the victims were criminals themselves and I feel kind of bad for them lol.

I think DeMeo killed Bocchini to take over his pornography racket.

Also, imagine being made in the first wave of inductees only to get whacked by a non-made guy weeks later & that same guy never faced the consequences. Also, I always thought that the further back you went, the more wiseguys would follow the rules but that’s just BS imo. Guys broke the rules time & time again, back then they just didn’t get caught.

Possible evidence of someone going thru multiple induction ceremonies

The other inductee named by Ricciardi, transcribed as 'Leo Magliori', may be a reference to Aniello 'Neil' Migliore (48y).

According to a Gang Land News article published in 2019, CW Alfonso D'Arco told the FBI that Migliore had been inducted into a Family outside of New York prior to the books opening in 1976. He was then transferred into the Lucchese Family.

D'Arco possibly received this information directly from Migliore, who was placed in his crew around 1990.

If Migliore was in fact the 'Leo Magliori' named by Ricciardi, then the 1981 ceremony may have been where his transfer to the Luccheses was formalized.
