Both Anthony and Joseph Russo were captains during Orena's time as acting boss, but once the split happened they immediately lined up with the Persico faction. Joseph Russo served as acting underboss for the Persico faction. They were cousins. Joseph Russo was the son of Andrew Russo. He was neve debriefed - this blockheaded Judge who's name is Judge Bloch is letting him out with no give outs form Russo - what bullshit!

I feel like this whole "soft on crime," low or no bail for previously convicted felons has allowed ppl like Russo and the other guy that was mentioned in the article to be let out. It's the political climate we are in. And they did more time then some of these others who commited similar crimes.
