In another thread it was mentioned that Anthony Lucania was made in his 80s. I'm not sure if it was confirmed, but if true it was probably as a tribute since he was the nephew of Lucky Luciano. I wouldn't doubt if there were deathbed ceremonies, just so a respected associated can die as a made man.

Edit: eboli wrote that it was confirmed at trial and after Capeci wrote his article that he was made.
