Good find. Nick Accardi was a member, but I don't recognize the other names. I'm curious if they might be names Vitale pulled out of a phonebook.

Arcaro was real. His name and picture shows up on one of the charts from the Bonanno trials. Franconeri was also real. He was a member of the Graziano Crew. So was Arcaro.

Maybe a ub or consigliere but it seems that list would be detrimental to them if caught

If I remember right Dominick Cirillo had a Genovese list in his home when he was raided by the Feds. I don't know why these guys keep several year old lists. Stupid.

when ronnie one arm was arrested 2002 in tampa, the feds also found a proposal list with michael palmaccio on it (sponsored by ronnie g and jackie bonventre)

I think Gigante's son had a list seized when his house was raided that had NJ dead and proposed names.
