Talked with a guy that is friends with the Sarno family. Not sure where Scott B heard that Sarno lost his legs to diabetes but he said it is not true. He has both of his legs.

Sarno jumped into the mob life with both feet.

He's probably hoping for that. I'm sure that eating outside food again makes up 75% of his desire for getting released
Mike Sarno probably doesn’t have a guy smuggling in contraband soppressat’ for him, like Frank Calabrese had Al Talarico doing. That’s gotta be hard time for a man such as himself.

At this point, it doesn’t even matter whether it’s true or not. The streets think it’s true. The streets of Berwyn.

LaPietra had his brother and a few people doing the same thing too, right? What type of boss is Sarno if he can't even get some cured meats smuggled in. He must have been a hands (and feet) off type of guy

So he CAN run back to the mob when he gets out :?:
If I didn't have my case coming up, I would like to come back with you gentlemen when this is over with and really lay the law down what is going on in this country.....

The only thing he’ll be running back to is Buona for a beef sangwich.

A beef sandwich for Sarno is only a skip and a hop away.
