Pete Tuccio “Peter pan” contracted to kill Pennisi?

Revisiting the Pennisi saga, particularly this video
https://youtu.be/3poc2rXZfpA and putting the pieces of the puzzle together is it possible tuccio was the passenger in the car sitting on John Pennisi ?

A breakdown of the series of events and names:

- False wire accusation put on Pennisi.
- John meets patty and asks him to find anyone in NY/NJ to find proof of his ratting.
- 2 baseball hat wearing guys stalking out Pennisi at his home, block faces with hat. high speed chase ensues. Pennisi thinks it is the nephew of a capo….
- meets patty again “ I told them they shudda used shotguns” - statement.
- meeting with capo joe ( Desena ?) at his Long Island club. Meet in adjacent cafe - “ if I see your nephew, I will leave him there”. Joe - “ that would be bad for you …”.

If it is joe desena, could the passenger have been his nephew Peter Pan ? He did go deeper in the mba and button man but we know the story there….

Wouldn’t surprise me. Maybe that’s the reason Tuccio has the little bit of clout that he does because he was willing to put in work. Just my opinion but who knows.

John gave kinda conflicting views on Desena it seemed like he was always getting disrespected by other friends all tho that could just be Ronnie Gs overall disposition. John acted like he had a good report with both. I remember saying Pete's a fuckup but he's our fuck up lol. From what John said about Desena this seems hard to believe.

When he originally told the story on the MBA and button man he said it was Tuccio.

Also it was more likely Peter Pan was laying on him and getting his routine down. Highly doubt the Lucchese's were going to have him pull the trigger on a hit.
