I doubt that a mobster that lose his legs can be a menace for someone.

Its not about Mike Sarno himself physically hurting somebody. Its about Mike Sarno the mob boss ordering other people, to hurt somebody. That's how a Mike Sarno or a million of the other Capo's and above that you've seen sent to prison/denied bail/denied compassionate release cause they're little old men etc etc are a danger to society.
Little 80yr old frail as F Carlo Gambino was or wasnt a danger? He was old and frail so....
Seriously bro catch up so we all dont have to slow down.

Sarno was behind the disappearance and presumed murder of Little Tony Zizzo right?

Does the "Big Mike" nickname still apply now that he can't stand up?

To be fair, that’s only true of the decadent American mafia. In Sicily, you had guys like Totò Riìna, who, as we all know, personally carried out every hit credited to the Corleonesi. As a matter of fact, he stomped each and every one to death, with his LEGS.SonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Sat Jul 16, 2022 7:46 pmFurio, jeezus, honestly.furiofromnaples wrote: ↑Sat Jul 16, 2022 9:28 am https://gangsterreport.com/the-big-sick ... rt-judges/

I doubt that Sarno if released would return to the Outfit, given that he lost the legs in prison and will die if would return in prison for the violation of compassionate release.Sarno’s motion for compassionate release listed chronic obesity, diabetes, lung, liver, prostate, gallbladder and high blood pressure issues for health concerns.

So much for Sarno being a stand up guy.

His application for release doesn't have a leg to stand on.

At least he put in the leg work. Got nothing else to add and keep it going...but great stuff all around. All of it lol.
In all seriousness, Furio does kind of have a point though. They should just release this guy. He's been locked up for that stupid bombing for over 10 years right? Shaking down dive bars in the far suburbs? Him and the organization have been downsized figuratively and literally - let the guy roll into his final years in peace. I've never been a "but...but...but...the taxpayer!" type of person but it really can't be cheap to maintain these medical/special needs prisoners.
