He got out of prison due to prostate cancer- anyone know his standing with the family? Is he in or has he been shelved?

He stood up to a 24 year sentence, not sure why he would get shelved.

Shelved? That hasn’t come out. I’m sure the Feds offered him a sweet deal to cooperate. The guy said no and did his time.
