Pete,

Have you located those Federal documents regarding Carmine Agnello and his payment of $10 million to the Government? I'm looking forward to seeing them becasuse I don't believe they exist. Please advise.

Whoah...Pete, I'm not saying anything bad about you...You stated you would post the documents and I have looked in every nook and cranny and can't find them. I must not be a big boy. When you make a statement, evidence has to support it. I ask again...Did you hear it or did you see federal documents? IF you saw federal documents, please give me a clue as to where it is located and I'll certainly pull it myself. I do have a life, in fact, I lead a pretty fucking good life. But I call bullshit, pure and simple.

What would I gain by bullshitting and making that up? What purpose does it serve? I believe it was in his Detention memo in the Cleveland case I'll go through it and see if I can find it. The gist of it was though the G thought he pulled one over on them because he got a shorter sentence by paying that fine and he only ended up paying a very small portion of it. I'll try and go through the stuff in the next few days not the top of my priority list but I don't appreciate being called a bullshitter over something so trivial that serves no purpose to lie about so I'll look

I'm not saying you're bullshitting me, I'm saying the G collected every last penny of that fine with interest. If you saw a document that said that, I say it's s bogus document. I don't know you at all. What would I have to gain by calling you a liar. The NY post or some liberal NY newspaper will speculate. He's paid up and then some by now, otherwise, the G cut s deal with him to snare some other characters.

Carmine Agnello is living a little too large in a federal pen in Ohio, according to prison sources.
The former Mr. Victoria Gatti is paying fellow inmates to draw his shower, clean his cell, fetch him extra food and
perform a host of other services, law-enforcement officials told The Post.
"He's trying to run stuff there," one federal prison source said of Agnello's activities inside the Elkton, Ohio, lockup.
"He's running the cell block and paying people to protect him."
Agnello, 43, serving nine years for racketeering and tax fraud; deposits money in his lackeys' commissary
accounts, the sources said.
In exchange, inmates ensure he lives the life of Riley behind bars. Among the important services they render is
making sure Agnello has unlimited access to the limited number of pay phones on the cellblock, sources said.
Bureau of Prisons policy prohibits inmates from giving or taking money from one another without prior approval.
Agnello is the former son-in-law of late Gambino boss John Gatti, but his marriage to the Dapper Dan's daughter,
Victoria, ended after The Post revealed in February 2000 he had carried on an affair with his bookkeeper, Debra
DeCarlo.
The beefy Agnello, who takes antidepressants, also dropped a chunk of weight in the pen, sources said.
Meanwhile, the feds visited the Elkton prison to gather evidence that Agnello continues to run businesses frort:~
prison by passing cryptic orders to visitors and by phone.
The agents combed through visitor logs to see whether business partners or mobsters had met with Agnello. They
also listened to his phone calls, which were recorded, sources said.
"He's still up to no good and he's definitely not hurting for money," one mob-buster said.
It was not known what kind of business Agnello allegedly runs.
The terms of his August 2001 plea deal bar Agnello from the scrap-metal business for life. Agnello had owned a $40
million scrap-metal business called New York Shredder, which has not yet been sold by the feds. He also owned
several properties and scrap yards in Jamaica, Queens.
Agnello is due out of prison in December 2007. His lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, and a Bureau of Prisons
spokeswoman declined comment.

It says has not yet been sold by the Feds which could give someone the impression it's been seized and is up for sale .... Idk much about this subject but from reading that article that's how I would take that statement

Re-read it. It says the Feds haven't sold it yet. Meaning they are in possession of it. It also says that Agnello 'had' owned a $40 million scrap-metal business. Meaning he doesn't own it anymore.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

Hmm seems weird then that the family still owns most of those properties

Hmm seems weird then that the family still owns most of those properties

They may have pieces of other properties but the big ticket item and the company that was under investigation was NY Shredding, which the FEDS gained complete control of. This article was from 2004 and if you think the Feds haven't stuck an umbrella up Agnello's asshole and opened it by now, you're dreaming. They'll razor fuck anybody connected to the last name Gotti
