It's "Lo Bue" I think and they grew up in Elk Grove next door to Des Plaines - could his father be Anthony LoBue a corrupt Chicago Cop? He was convicted in Canada for kidnapping charges with Anthony DiSilva. They have a few sons I think.

Scott had an article from a couple of years ago that said the top guys in EP were Fratto, Al Mitria, Abbinanti, and Dote. Interesting that the source doesn't mention any of them. I think the CCC was his main source for the article (I'm not big on the CCC being the main source for anything), which also mentioned EP potentially being folded into Cicero. It also claimed Fratto was getting a bump, but it seems like he is persona non grata in current affairs and has been for a few years.

If EP was folded into Cicero, maybe all of the guys mentioned above are under Inendino and the three guys mentioned by the source are essentially working with scraps in EP. Maybe there is more for guys like Dote and Abbinanti in Cicero or elsewhere.

Agreed on the LoBues probably being from Corleone or that area (Prizzi, etc). This is interesting as a couple of the guys who identified in the Chicago zips thread I thought were probably from the Corleone area. Another potentially important note is that Giacomo Ruggirello who died when his house torched the same day his restaurant in the North burbs was robbed (with Mandell as suspected of being involved) was I believe Corleonese and just before he died had apparently suddenly changed the beneficiary of his will from his daughter to a guy back in Corleone.

Also, I don’t doubt that any of the next gen guys made into the Outfit have been degenerates. What comes up for me over and over is that the guys around the Outfit today, apart from top echelon made guys who are now gangster-gentlemen like Solly D and Joey A, are some nasty and dangerous people.

I thought Filippo Lobue might be from Corleone, but he's says he's not. I'll have to wait until he gets back to me on that one.

He says Solly D has bad judgment. That seems obvious from his Facebook account. A lot of these guys are on Facebook. Not real bright if you're a member of a "secret society." Cicero (don't know about the other crews) is involved in drugs.
