I, in regards to the maps, don't like both on each sides. I think one would look better but I would choose the Italian roots, whereas others may prefer the NY/EC centric map on the right. I, myself, don't feel that the EC map really needs to be there but others may have another opinion.

I still got alot to do and I'm mulling it, but any further feedback is valued.

I think it’s very informative to have both a map of where the members are from along with the pie chart.
