LCN Members/Families that started in Sicily

Post by bababooey »

I was just curious about how many of the known LCN members originally started off as made men in Sicily? I know its said Carlo Gambino was made at 19 in Sicily and many others who eventually came to America. Also, what are some famous mafia families that originated in Sicily that came to America? Such as the casetellanos / Gambinos , Bonanos(?), Maggadinos, etc

A soldier of the Patriarca family, Biagio Di Giacomo was a native of Sicily, in 89 he spent part of the ceremony in Italian in Medford city. As far as I remember, it was made in Siouillia, if I'm not mistaken

Vincenzo Troia, Salvatore Immordino and Gaspare Calo were already made in Sicily when they came to the United States and were members here.
