1). Do they get time credited for house arrest ?

2) Do you think these cases will go to trial or be plead out ?

1. I did 3 months house arrest and receive no credit on my charges. It was state time. Not sure on Federal Charges...
2. They will plead out. You can't cross examine tapes. A Mafia induction ceremony doesn't look good in the eyes of a jury. Fat Dom says "I'm a loanshark" in one of the tapes. Imagine a bunch of old ladies and black people on the jury. You think they won't convict based on those tapes? C'mon....they gotta plead out.
