With all the craziness that went on during this trial, and the conflicting, double dealing, then lying witnesses who testified essentially to hearsay, I thought there would be NO WAY IN HELL they'd convict Crea and Madonna. If this wasn't the very essence of "reasonable doubt" they would have to rewrite the statutes. With that said, judges have great latitude in what they permit and don't permit, and it seems like Crea and Madonna were deemed perhaps innocent of the Meldish murder, but guaranteed they got away with a lotta shit in the past. Like my mother used to tell me when I got nailed for something I didn't do as a kid. "Yeah, but you probably got away with all kinds of stuff I don't know about, so forget it mister".

After tommy shots and that othee guy beat like 6 murders i thought there no way crea would go down for that bullshit. They guy from springfield ma fusco beat 2 murders bf guerra beat the joe scopo murder also. Those cases were slam dunks in my mind. Thanks for posting. I agree that the last item about Pennisi was pretty wack but the first one was intriguing. Could Crea and them really get their verdicts overturned because of these rats running their mouths on podcasts? I don't have a lot of sympathy for Crea and Madonna considering they're career criminals but that case against them was pretty foul. It doesn't seem likely to me that they'll actually get new trials out of this but I'm not a lawyer.

How? Crea ordered the death of Meldish - end of story. He's right where he belongs.

I’m not gonna go all mafia student here but the evidence of Crea being involved in meldish murder is dubious at best. Pasqua who the government wouldn’t used and said was wrong said on vlad that Crea jr (sorry mafia student) told him that “dad” knows about it. Only other person was this but evangelista who claims londonio told him after londonio denied it to people he knew really well. If you wanna say ends justify the means he deserves it either way fine but that’s not the way the justice system is supposed to work and that’s very shaky evidence for a murder. Besides the fact as someone else mentioned he was identified as underboss so he’s culpable either way.

Quick question - did they prove he's the underboss/street boss? Is it true or not true that any boss or maybe in this case, street boss can be charged of any other crimes committed by the continuing criminal enterprise in a rico charge?
