We also have to figure that when “junior” (his nickname even tho him nor Nicky scarfo’s son are actually jrs) was running the family for his father he was still at the top of a pyramid that brought in millions a year easily. They say Gotti with his outfits and gambling was horrible with money but apparently he made enough to take care of kids and to pay a top notch legal team. “junior” also has really nice lay out and paid a top notch legal team for a few trials.

someone in the comments said it sold in 2020 - I didn't look into that but it's not a surprise it'd be difficult to sell. The place is pretty tasteless, not in a great location . Doesn't even seem like it's worth renovating. I feel like someone with the money to make that place nice would have a lot better options
