Yeah - I saw that. I'm saying it's been a rumor that Madonna has been dead essentially ever since COVID started and there's been no confirmation yet.

BOP inmate locator has him currently as an 85 year old, active at USP McCreary, serving life. Rough place, jesus...
Not sure how often the BOP updates the data and how up-to-date their info is; I'm sure there is a delay, but at the same time I'd take that source as gospel until there's other proof.

Well, Madonna is in the middle of a Rule 33 motion so I would imagine that if he was part of an ongoing motion, he wouldn't be dead. You can check Pacer for verification.

It was going around a few months ago that he died from COVID but no legit website reported and I remember seeing a family member of his debunking the rumor.
