Philly guys with “legit” business interests

I know the word legit can be interpreted different ways, but what type of legit businesses are Philly involved in? I know there is real estate, LED lights, some construction safety company. Anyone have any input.

One of them is a house flipper/real estate investor. According to bloated red faced Dave Schratweiser, he’s successful. Joey Pung?

It will be interesting when the big bust comes to find out what Georgie Borgesi has his fingers into. There is that video of him counting money….

Examples I've seen over the last 20 years include some involvement by members or associates in housing construction, sales and mortgage industries. A t-shirt company and extermination business. Real estate and and a towing company. A painting company. A plumbing company. Also restaurants and nightclubs.

They all have businesses….

Marty’s got a ticket business (First Fan Tickets) , Dom’s got a restaurant his Mom runs for him, Real Estate , and T-shirt businesses, Mikey Lance has rental properties, Goggs has Contracting Business, Nicodemo has Real Estate , Uncle Joe Towing company, Borgesi has LED lighting/Safety Consulting firm/House Flipping Business (ARMM Investments, LLC) Mazzone Personal Training Business, Sonny owns bar, Lucibello owns bar, Salvo owns great well known restaurant/bar at the shore that he’s always physically working hard, Chang doesn’t own the newsstand anymore but has Contracting Business/ T-shirt Business, Baldino owns Philip’s Cheesesteaks (which was started in 80s by his Uncle Phil Narducci hence the name), etc just to name a few off the top of my head.

All legit businesses….

Yeah makes sense, Ligambi is in FL a lot in the winter.

His brother Phil lives very well too- house in South Philly, dresses extremely well, house in Longport, and I saw him a few months ago picking up his brother for Borgesi Daughters wedding in a brand new Acura SUV (the highest end model) with the paper dealer tags still in the window.

I know he was a bookmaker in the 80s with his brother and nephew Georgie. I wouldn’t be surprised if he had business ventures with his brother during his run at #1. Do I think he’s straightened out though - No.
