Crazy how you can tell the quality guys from before have over the guys from today, who in the Lucchese family is able to make scheme that’ll bring in that much money?

I don't know, what he did doesn't seem like it took much finesse. He just misrepresented himself and pulled off wholesale fraud on a large scale. Clearly no end game other than to bust everybody out including himself and hope he still had the government on his side. I wonder if he was planning on skipping town and changing his name again or something.
