how many Zips are there in today`s LCN

I mean gangsters or new immigrants from Italy, how many of those guys are still in the NY families these days? Do we know any new blood from Italy joining during the last decade? The Ndrangheta has their own cells in NY so I guess they prefer to stay out of the LCN rank and do their own business. But do guys from Sicily still get made in the American mob?

Lorenzo Mannino, Paul siemplace (at one time labeled a possible UB of the zips??? Somewhere), Ernie Grillo....

Hasn’t Pennisi mentioned the Calabresi in NYC? That there is mutual respect with LCN but they keep their distance from each other.

One of the Calabrese Chicago zips, Camillo Gigliotti, may have had ties to an ‘Ndrangheta narcotics ring that was busted operating out of a pizzeria in Corona, QU (same surname, Gigliotti) a number of years back.

Salvatore Lombardo was straightened out with the Gambinos sometime in the last five years or so. According to Felice he was made over in Sicily and had to get permission to be made with the Gambinos.

from reading OCTOPUS its amazing to see that there were/ are tons of zips here that speak english and deal huge qty's of H. They aren't allowed to get involved with the american made guys. think they are still here in nyc living in penthouses or mcmansions in the burbs?
