Didn't Jimmy Burke had to share the proceeds of the Lufthansa heist with John Gotti?

This article mentions that the sixth gunman in the heist was Paolo LiCastri from the Gambinos.

Vinnie Asaro's loan business was borrowed from Jimmy Burke's larger operation and Asaro had to pay interest like anyone. It was a favorable rate, but made members have to honor the arrangement like anyone if the associate is well-connected. Not that rare, as some associates have bigger and more successful businesses and rackets than made members and have the right to get a return on their investment, especially guys like Burke and Joe Watts.

As for Burke, in the Asaro trial Sal Vitale said he knew Burke to be a Colombo associate while others said Lucchese. This more or less fits other info about Burke having been a Colombo associate who transferred to the Vario crew. His partner and close friend was Checko Brown Fusco, an associate of the Aloi crew.

After 5-6 of the crew got killed, didn't the rest of them
see the writing on the wall'? I would have left town, at least TRY to survive.
It was the biggest heist ever at the time the media and feds were all over it. Jimmy and Paulie panicked and killed everyone they could. Smart play if you don’t get caught

This is what caused the downfall of the Mafia..Why show loyalty to people who kill you for no good reason.

Great explanation and thanks for clearing that up, B. Cheers.
