Re: Carmine agnello jr mob associate
It's John Agnello, not Carmine, on the tape. Also no indication that he's a mob associate just from this. He works at an auto parts store where an associate of Valenti also works and he's heard greeting Valenti on the tape and that's it. He could be associated, but all I can take from this is that he works in the neighborhood and knows local wiseguys.

Lol the poor kid said "hey how ya doin?" Lol
Sorry. Wrong Frank
Re: Carmine agnello jr mob associate
He's doing business with his fathers former partner jumbo and dealing with other wise guys while he might not be an associate by definition as in reporting to someone it looks like he's certainly using his fathers/families status for personal gainB. wrote:It's John Agnello, not Carmine, on the tape. It could be my son, it could be anybody. Gribbs got 20 years just for saying hello to some fuck who was sneaking behind his back selling junk, I don't need that, aint gonna happen to me, you understand.B. wrote:It's John Agnello, not Carmine, on the tape. Surprised Pogo didn't post this.
Re: Carmine agnello jr mob associate
I wouldn't be surprised at all to find out that was the case, but at face value he's working for a family friend and those are the people he knows based on his background. More info could come out and you may well be right.Pete wrote:He's doing business with his fathers former partner jumbo and dealing with other wise guys while he might not be an associate by definition as in reporting to someone it looks like he's certainly using his fathers/families status for personal gainB. wrote:It's John Agnello, not Carmine, on the tape. If he is looking to get into the life, I can't imagine a worse move. Another Gotti to bust...

Funny thing is how the kids bad mouthed their father in the press and he set them up for life between various businesses and properties. Everything they have was either directly or indirectly from their father

Their father left them with a significant amount of financial debt, between a RICO trial, Government seized property in excess of $10 million and according to court released financial documents, he borrowed $856,000 against his home with Victoria Gotti that she didn't know about and to top it off, his mother Marie was listed on at least 3 of the properties. I'm not saying they're hurting, but they're in no way, shape or form "set for life." They're nig•er rich and always have been. Gotti Sr was a degenerate gambler, blew everything. Why do you think his son was put in power and that schmuck Peter Gotti? Sure, Victoria made a few bucks writing books and a short lived reality show, but her lifestyle is all on credit. These 3 pukes that those two gave birth to do nothing on their own, they're still dependent on Mommy's tit. I don't give a shit if their last name is Gotti or Agnello or Gambino, those three silver spoons wouldn't last 10 days on the street. Wasn't one of the supposed to go to Harvard according to Victoria? Yeah right, the admissions board is going to accept a Gotti member at Cambridge I'm not lashing out at anybody, but I get so fucking sick and tired about hearing anything linking silver spoons to LCN. The journalist is looking for something to write. I'm done venting.Pete wrote:Funny thing is how the kids bad mouthed their father in the press and he set them up for life between various businesses and properties. The stuff about gotti sr is absolutely true but the part about carmine is off. Sounds like your referencing articles from when he first got sentenced and while he was in prison. Real facts are carmine has paid zero dollars towards his 10 million dollar judgement so that has no effect on their financial situation. Carmine and Victoria owned numerous pieces of real estate property that they let go to foreclosure pleading poverty then Victoria quietly bought them back for a song and a dance. Wire taps from his most recent case have carmine talking to Victoria about all the renters they have in properties around ny and carmine threatening to bust the heads of anyone late with their rent. The kids have been set up in companies controlled by their father and they are all doing quite well. Of course carmine is also living the life of luxury by having all of his business's in his wife's name so the government can't try and collect that 10 mil. Numerous people have been on record saying he hoodwinked the government by promising all that money to get a lighter sentence, giving them nothing, and still having huge moneyJCB1977 wrote:Their father left them with a significant amount of financial debt, between a RICO trial, Government seized property in excess of $10 million and according to court released financial documents, he borrowed $856,000 against his home with Victoria Gotti that she didn't know about and to top it off, his mother Marie was listed on at least 3 of the properties. I was referencing court recorded info. How does he get around the $10m judgement? And where do you get your financial information from regarding the three idiots running businesses? How often does Carmine go back to NY for his business affairs? I have no reason not to believe your info, but something doesn't add up.

I'm flattered but I haven't posted in this thread.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

Well how can they collect any money if he has nothing in his name? They can't force his wife who owns all the companies to pay his debts. Most all of the financial info I'm referencing has come to light in the numerous articles written over the past few months since he was indicted you'll have to search through them. They said he was in daily contact with mobsters from NY in regards to his various businesses he had goin on with them as well as gangsters from ny with him in Ohio. Lots of interesting stuff.JCB1977 wrote:I was referencing court recorded info. How does he get around the $10m judgement? If he really stuck Victoria with all that debt like your saying she wouldn't be running to him for help on these things like people not paying their rent seems pretty obvious he's still the muscle behind it and he uses his ex wife and current wife as the fronts

I'm not saying he stuck her with debt, the court records and financial info released painted an ugly picturePete wrote:If he really stuck Victoria with all that debt like your saying she wouldn't be running to him for help on these things like people not paying their rent seems pretty obvious he's still the muscle behind it and he uses his ex wife and current wife as the fronts

Re: Carmine agnello jr mob associate
I read the most recent article and the indictment and I did not see anywhere where it said he defaulted on the $10m fine or settlement. The government made it a point to say he was in touch with "mob associates" in the scrap metal business from NY and if it was anybody important, they would have been mentioned. Like I said Pete, I have no reason to doubt what you are saying but there has been 1 article on Cleveland.com on August 20th and I have seen no other articles since then. Let alone specific information on what he has or what he left. Being set up for life as you said tells me that his 3 kids and his ex wife never have to work again and they could live on the interest from their investments. Guys like Carmine Agnello don't set up trusts or properly financially plan because they work in cash businesses and cannot report true earnings to the IRS. The Kennedy family is set for life. The Profaci family is set for life. The Vanderbilt's are set for life. Your definition of being set for life and my definition of being set for life may be quite different. His kids aren't cut out for the life. Papa Gotti was a street guy and came from poverty...these bumbling idiots had their asses wiped for years and come from Long Island which is a long way from Bensonhurst.Pete wrote:Well how can they collect any money if he has nothing in his name?
